Our Reformer Pilates Teacher Training and Barre Teacher Training are built for those who want to understand, master, and teach dynamic and contemporary classes at the highest standard.
These programs are the result of years of Studio practice, pedagogy, and field experience, created to prepare instructors for real studio conditions and long-term careers.
THE REFORMER LAB is the reference studio for Dynamic Reformer Pilates in Portugal.
Grounded in movement science, classical Pilates principles, and real-world teaching experience, our approach delivers a contemporary and structured method for today’s instructors.

As the first dedicated Barre studio in Lisbon, we have developed a method that blends dance precision, Pilates intelligence, and fitness efficiency into a powerful, contemporary Barre approach. This training in English is designed for future instructors who want to master a method that is technically demanding, highly effective, and increasingly sought after by studios and clients.

This Teacher Training is open to movement professionals, including Pilates, fitness, and yoga instructors, as well as professional dancers.
If you do not hold a sports certification, an audition is required to join the training.
