Offer Period

The Members Only Summer Offer is valid exclusively from July 15th to August 15th 2026. Benefits cannot be used before or after these dates.

Membership Benefits:

EXPLORE Members

All active and new EXPLORE members receive double their monthly membership credits at no additional cost during the offer period.

• Standard membership: 4 classes/month
• Summer Offer: 8 classes during the offer period

ENGAGE & IMMERSE Members

All active and new ENGAGE and IMMERSE members enjoy unlimited access to classes during the offer period.

ELITE Members

All active and new ELITE members enjoy:

In addition to the unlimited classes already included in your membership, you will enjoy unlimited access to the Infrared Sauna & LED Rejuvenation.

How It Works

1. Log into your account on The Reformer Lab App or website
2. Download the complimentary “Members Only Summer Perks” suscription corresponding to your membership tier (EXPLORE, ENGAGE, IMMERSE or ELITE).
3. From July 15th to August 15th 2026, all bookings must be made using this Summer Perks suscription
4. Summer Perks credits and benefits cannot be used for bookings taking place after August 15th 2026.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access to classes and respect for our community, the following policy applies throughout the Summer Perks period:

• Any Late Cancellation (cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class) will incur a 17€ fee.
• Any No-Show will incur a 17€ fee.

These fees apply automatically to all Members Only Summer Perks bookings.

General Conditions

• The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• The Reformer Lab reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer if necessary.
• By downloading and using the Summer Offer Perks members agree to these terms and conditions.
